The code patch is incompatible with the previous Data patch.
The code patch includes a large number of bug fixes/changes, including
a new history screen; rewritten/expanded help text; improved Alt-Tab
behaviour; improved enemy AI behaviour; improved navigation and
economic information; and compressed transmission of save games
in multiplayer.
